We think it's an excellent home base for staying in Ubud. We could see the garden from our window. The location was really great - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
Disappointing aspect was very old bathroom.

Sage, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The rooms met what we needed. Free Wi Fi was provided throughout the property.
For us it was ideal.
